Summer, Before/After school are critical times to keeps kids engaged in leading a healthy lifestyle while having fun.
Our camps are built on the philosophy that every child should have the opportunity to develop physical literacy through the benefits of sport-sampling. We take an injury prevention, burnout reduction approach by putting the fun back in sports. We teach skills and proper athlete development techniques through small-sided games and the integration of free play.
Kids and coaches benefit from the physical literacy fundamentals of “food as fuel”, “sport as play”, and “mindfulness as happiness”. They learn the benefits of nurturing the body and mind to optimize their sport performance.
