Our pre-K program is designed to get kids off on the right path to physical literacy. Giving kids the tools they need early, so they can be active for life.
Kids will mix, pour, shape, spread, and roll their way through cooking- inspiring an excitement about healthy food through hands-on activities, music and movement.
Kids will play. That’s right- they will have the chance to explore through mindfulness and mobility. This part of the program is all about putting the “fun” in fundamentals.
Kids will breathe. Learning this necessary technique at the start will help kids learn to understand and manage their emotions.
