Incorporating physical literacy into the school day is critical for our future. Physical literacy is AS important as reading literacy and numeracy skills towards becoming contributing members of society and ultimately to lead healthy fulfilling lives. Our P.L.U.S. day program brings cooking, growing, and playing into the school day infusing physical literacy into the existing school day.
Physical Literacy is the mastering of fundamental movement skills, fundamental sport skills, fundamental cooking and fundamental mindfulness skills that permit a child to read their environment and make appropriate decisions, allowing them to move confidently and with control in a wide range of physical activity situations.
