Be Better

You can improve your life, your day, and your ability to be a good friend, parent, brother, sister…through Physical Literacy.

Physical Literacy involves using movement and motor skills throughout a lifetime.

We at NAPL believe that Physical Literacy is the foundation for a lifetime of health.

Physical Literacy starts at birth as children reach developmental milestones by developing the ability, balance, confidence, and desire to be active and healthy for life. Kids need parent involvement in eating, soothing, and moving. This kind of parent/child social interaction is the basis of physical literacy. If you start together you can build upon this healthy foundation.

After all- parents are the first role models.
