Muniba is the Chief Implementation Officer at NAPL. Muniba possesses over 10 years of experience in areas of technical training, curriculum development, business analysis, implementing and configuring technology and global organizational development. She is passionate about that involves improving the lives of children. She has served as PTO president, and Liaison for the West Hartford Cultural Council, along with volunteering countless hours in the school and classroom. As former Board President of non-profit Growing Great Schools she used her expertise to implement, expand and develop the vision of the grass roots organization to have widespread impact in multiple communities. Muniba graduated from Brandeis University with a major in Economics and a program in Legal Studies. Muniba earned her MBA from the University of Connecticut where she served on the board of the UCONN chapter of the National Association of Women MBAs. Most recently she worked for the leading global provider of integrated contact center solutions, Concerto Software (Now Aspect Software) as a Senior Technical Trainer, and Senior Global Organizational Development Consultant. She loves spending time with her children playing games, gardening and cooking together.
